Information you choose to provide

The enquiry form requests your name, company, email, optional telephone and shipment information. Motumal uses these details to review and respond to your enquiry. Do not include payment details or confidential trade documents in the form.

How an enquiry is sent

Where online submission is enabled, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse protection, stores the enquiry in a restricted Motumal queue, gives it a reference number and uses a server-side email service to notify the team. If you provide an email address, a short acknowledgement may be sent to it. Where the form prepares an email, your email application opens a draft for you to review and send; preparing a draft does not submit or store an enquiry on this website.

Website operation and measurement

Hosting and security providers may process technical request information to deliver and protect the website. Cloudflare Web Analytics collects page and website-performance measurements so Motumal can understand whether the site works well. No advertising trackers are included.

Keeping information appropriate

Enquiries should contain only what the team needs to respond. Contact Motumal if information you supplied needs to be corrected, or to ask about access, retention or deletion of your enquiry details. Commercial records that form part of an agreed engagement may be subject to separate obligations.
